The Texas NICA Leader Summit is an annual conference that gathers team and league leaders to actively discuss the upcoming season and exchange best practices for initiating, expanding, and overseeing teams. The Summit is often seen by coaches as one of the most impactful and informative events of the year!

The leader summit will offer:

• Time to ride trails with other coaches from around the state
• Interactive indoor workshops and sessions on fundraising, team culture, risk and safety management and more
• On the Bike 101 and 201 skill training
• NICA First Aid Training
• Adventure Training
